The late Brian Burgess was instrumental,
with three others, in founding Lexlink in 1991
and was its Secretary General until his premature
death in 2007. His legacy was sustained by his
partner Tony Beauvoisin and by John Flood who
in 2010 merged Beauvoisin & Burgess into McNamara
Ryan and then later merged with Meadows Fraser
to form Meadows Ryan LLP in October 2012.
With its principal partners, Peter
and Piers Meadows they were enthusiastic that
the firm should continue Brian's vision as the
exclusive English member of Lexlink.
Through their membership of Lexlink,
a team of highly experienced lawyers has assisted
an international clientele in a broad range of
commercial and private client matters, including
acting for small and medium sized companies in
both their corporate and commercial needs including
mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, distribution
and agency agreements, complex commercial contracts
and the needs of a range of international clients.
The firm also undertakes all kinds
of property transactions and private client work
and are Notaries Public.
