Biography

Mrs. Katjaerua holds a Baccalaureus Juris (BJuris) and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) LLB degrees from the University of Namibia.
She was admitted as a legal practitioner of the High Court of Namibia on 12 July 2013 and attained her right of audience to appear in Supreme Court of Namibia on in August 2014.
Mrs. Katjaerua is currently enrolled at the University of South Africa (UNISA) for an LLM in Commercial Law, to be completed in 2018.
Mrs. Katjaerua has been in the legal fraternity, as an admitted legal practitioner for over five years, apart from having been a student assistant at a reputable law firm in Windhoek, during her years of formal university education.
Mrs. Katjaerua acts for a broad spectrum of clients, including corporate clients. She litigates on all areas of law, which include but is not limited to: Contract, Administrative, Commercial, Family and Labour laws. Litigation is done primarily in the High Court of Namibia.
Mrs. Katjaerua founded Katjaerua Legal Practitioners (KLP) in February 2017. KLP is housed on the prestigious Ikon Building on the 4th Floor, No.:144 Jan Jonker Street, Windhoek.
