Biography

Within employment law Barbara Veldmaat has a strong focus on the Energy and Hotel and Leisure sector. Barbara advises (international) companies and employees on outsourcing, reorganizations, dismissal cases, works council procedures, employment conditions, transfer of undertaking and employment law related issues in mergers and acquisitions. Companies, employees/directors and works councils rely on her expertise and appreciate her sharp and pragmatic approach.

Barbara is members of two Dutch associations of employment lawyers, VAAN and VvA and regularly publishes and provides lectures relating to various employment issues.
