Biography

Mexican admitted lawyer specialist in corporate, commercial, retail and supply channels; finance law, fintech, wallet, and on-line payments; cross-border transactions; machinery & equipment finance and leasing; commodities repurchase or repos; maritime, shipping & admiralty law; marine insurance & reinsurance transactions. He has served and actually serve as Secretary of the Board of Directors of several companies within the industrial, finance and services sectors. He has been practicing law for more than 26 years, representing several foreign investors and financial institutions in credit and financing operations & restructuring, commodities repurchase transactions; shipping & admiralty casualties and losses acting on behalf of cargo’s consignees and several Mexican and foreign insurance and reinsurance companies. He has been referred by foreign law firms to act as representative of foreign entities for the solution of regulatory matters approaching private-foreign investors’ interest to Mexican’s Government policy affairs; and, finally, he has written different articles, essays, columnist, novels, and fiction stories, and invited as speaker on topics of my specialty before national and international forums.
