Biography

Federico is an experienced professional with background in the Corporate, Business, Regulatory and Legal Tech Law practice.

He has developed as Director of Legal Departments at multinational companies and top tier law firms, participating and being responsible for technology, infrastructure, agribusiness and retail, project finance, private equity, hedge funds, family offices and related M&A transactions worldwide, as well as regulatory matters.

Federico has participated in the structuring of complex financing across different industries and jurisdictions, including project financing governed by New York, English and local law.

He has handled, among others, transactions on the largest slaughter house in the country, renewable energy funding (PPA regime), all the aspects on a PPP project as financing, designing, building and operating infrastructure contracts, M&A on retail.

He has been ranked by IFLR 1000: Federico “has revealed to be business oriented. Showed expertise and was proactive in finding solutions.”
