Biography

Marek Svehlik is a founding partner of the SAMAK Advisory Group. In 2012, he founded the law firm of the SAMAK Advisory Group and during his many years of practice, he has been involved in a number of acquisitions and restructurings of small or large companies. Besides he has organized the provision of complex legal outsourcing to domestic and foreign clients. He has represented clients in major disputes in civil and arbitration courts and in criminal proceedings. Since 2015, he has sat on the board of the Association of Collection Agencies and subsequently, since 2018, he has also served as Arbitrator of the Arbitration Court at the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic.
