Biography

William Rosenstadt advises entrepreneurs, public companies, and other corporate entities with respect to the execution of complex commercial, corporate, and international transactions as well as EB-5 immigration matters. Mr Rosenstadt often acts as general counsel to his clients, providing advice with respect to representation of US and foreign public corporations, private companies in public and private financings (equity and debt), federal securities law compliance, venture capital financings, and other merger and acquisition related transactions.

Mr Rosenstadt prides himself on efficiently performing the necessary legal services and considering in advance the ultimate goals and exit strategies as they relate to the particular needs of each client. His entrepreneurial background and experience have consistently provided him with the tools necessary for sensitive and empathetic handling of clients’ needs by using a real-world and pragmatic approach.
