Kutscher-Puis ǀ Legal was founded in 2015 after the founding partner had worked for many years first in an international law firm and then in a German medium-sized law firm with an international clientele. Our office is located in Düsseldorf, the state capital of North Rhine-Westphalia, but we can advise clients all over Germany. We are specialised in advising international companies with business activities in Germany. We assist foreign companies that establish subsidiaries in Germany, employ staff in Germany and negotiate commercial contracts of all kinds with business partners in Germany.
