Biography

Fabienne Kutscher-Puis began her legal career at the international law firm Lovells (now Hogan Lovells), where she worked for 10 years. In 2004, she joined the medium-sized law firm Lang & Rahmann in Düsseldorf, where she became a partner. She has been an independent lawyer since 2015. Fabienne is German and French and is admitted to the German bar in Düsseldorf and to the French bar in Paris. However, her legal practice is focussed on German law. She holds a German doctorate in law (international distribution law) and an LL.M. degree in European law. Her main practice areas are commercial, distribution and labour law.
