Biography
Céline Arcivos started her career in 2008 in the Corporate Law Department of the law firm BCTG in Paris, where she mainly worked on Mergers & Acquisitions and commercial litigation. In 2010, she joined the Mergers & Acquisitions Department of the law firm FIDAL in Lyon, where she acquired and developed a strong legal expertise in private equity, mergers/acquisitions, and corporate law, for the benefit of clients mainly involved in industry. At that time, she was a lecturer at EM Lyon and led workshops at the EM and INSA incubators.
In 2014, Céline joined the Mergers & Acquisitions department of the law firm CBR & Associés in Paris, where she was involved in M&A, private equity and restructuring transactions for varied clients (investment funds, industrial companies, retail trade, music, media, etc.) before starting her own business in 2020.
Since January 2022, Céline has joined the Paris office of LEXT as a partner in the “Corporate Law – Mergers & Acquisitions – Private Equity” department where she is in charge of the development of this practice.
