Dana Gruia Dufaut is the founder of Gruia Dufaut office and Managing Partner of Gruia Dufaut Law Firm. With more than 35 years of experience in business law, she advises international investors on their entry and development in Romania. She has extensive expertise in corporate, infrastructure projects, real estate, and labur & tax law. Dana is also an active member of the French and European business community in Romania and a frequent speaker at international legal and economic forums.
