Cristina Bojică

Cristina Bojică, Partner, heads the Litigation Department and the Data Protection (GDPR) practice. With over 25 years of experience in business law, she provides legal advice and representation in commercial disputes, administrative and tax litigation, arbitration proceedings, and data protection cases. She assists clients at every stage, from assessing amicable settlement options to representation before courts and administrative authorities.
Her expertise also covers corporate acquisitions and mergers, asset and business transfers, transaction structuring, contract negotiation, and drafting. She has extensive experience in related areas such as competition, environmental, consumer law, and corporate governance.
Cristina is CIPP/E certified (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
