Robin de Jong is specialized in commercial dispute resolution, focusing on company law and contracts in, amongst others, matters relating to shareholder and M&A disputes. His experience ranges from handling complex commercial disputes with often international aspects to negotiating settlement agreements in such matters. Robin also has transactional and advisory experience, having assisted clients in several transactions, reorganizations and setting up of corporate structures.
Before joining Certa in 2021, Robin worked for Greenberg Traurig in Amsterdam and as a partner at the boutique firm Roorda Law & Tax.
