Teodora Koletsis, Partner, specializes in M&A, litigation, real estate, healthcare law, and public procurement. With 20 years of experience in business law, she handles complex matters for a diverse clientele, ranging from SMEs to multinational corporations.

As a litigator, she represents clients in administrative and tax & administrative disputes, real estate litigation, public procurement and commercial cases.

In advisory work, she assists clients in negotiating national and international contracts, corporate mergers and acquisitions, real estate purchase/sale transactions, development projects, and commercial leases. Her recognized transactional expertise is a major asset in achieving amicable dispute resolutions.
